Spiral Staircase shipped to Auckland

Otago Engineering (previously IRONGEAR by A.J Grant) spiral staircases are custom designed and manufactured in Dunedin, creating a stylish look as well as a space-saving choice for a home or office building. 

Recently Otago Engineering was commissioned to build four spiral staircases to fit into apartments in Auckland where space was of the essence and only spiral staircases would do. Otago Engineering spiral staircases are designed to be space-saving and take up little more floor space than their diameter.

Our designer followed the building plans meticulously and designed the spiral staircases to suit the space allowed for in the apartments. The spiral staircases were then manufactured and assembled in one piece in our workshop in Dunedin. They were then closely monitored and checked to make ensure they were built to the highest standard before shipping to their destination in Auckland.

On arrival, they were transported to the site and craned into position with a minimum of fuss making this cost-efficient solution for space-saving stairs.
